Introduction: I see myself as not only being my client's personal trainer to help them start to turn their life around in a positive, healthy way, but I also want my clients to genuinely know and come to trust that I care about them not only as a client but as a person and I want to hear about their lives or any exciting news outside of what we do in our training sessions. I want them to be able to come to me with confidence and trust that I will listen and that I am there for them in many ways. I love being part of that wonderful change from when a person finally makes that fabulous choice to live a healthier life and then you watch the transformation and the end result and to know that you were part of that change is just the greatest achievement for me. I love to help people in general, but especially in an area where they are changing their lives for the better!
