- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project, including time, location, and deliverables. I’m transparent with pricing and always discuss details upfront so there are no surprises. Custom packages are available depending on the client’s needs, and travel or extended shoots may affect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know my client and understanding what best suits them and where they feel most comfortable. I ask a lot of questions upfront so we’re both confident going into the shoot. The more clarity we have on expectations, style, and goals, the smoother everything runs and the better the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been hands-on. I’ve learned through real-world experience, and a lot of trial and error. When I want to improve a specific skill, I dedicate my spare time to practicing and refining it until I master it. My mindset is simple: always be better than yesterday.
