- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide a complimentary Rental Market Analysis to ensure your property is priced for maximum return while remaining competitive in the current market. 3. Seamless Onboarding Once you’re ready to move forward, we handle all the paperwork digitally for your convenience. We set up your Owner Portal, giving you 24/7 access to financial reports, maintenance updates, and property documents. 4. Professional Marketing & Tenant Screening We use high-quality photography and list your property on all major rental platforms. Our rigorous screening process including credit, criminal, and eviction check ensures we place only the most qualified tenants. 5. Full-Service Management & Communication Once a tenant is placed, we take over the daily heavy lifting. From rent collection and 24/7 maintenance coordination to regular property inspections, we ensure your investment is protected and your income is passive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate Professional: I hold a current DC, MD, & VA Real Estate Broker Licenses, ensuring all of our management practices are fully compliant with state laws and regulations. Industry Experience: With a combined 20+ years in the industry, we have hands-on experience managing a diverse portfolio of single-family homes, condos, and luxury rentals. Technology & Tools: We am proficient in industry-leading management software like PropertyWare, Appfolio, and Buildium, which we use to provide owners with transparent, real-time reporting. Continuing Education: We regularly attend seminars on local market trends and legal updates to ensure your property is always managed with the most current best practices. Additionally, we are required to complete ongoing continuing education within each jurisdiction to maintain our licenses.
