Introduction: I began my real estate career as a buy and hold investor back in 1996, finding rental properties and putting in tenants. I have done just about every residential techinque there is, including building from raw land, lease optioning, foreclosure mitigation, flipping, short sales, etc. I decided to become a realtor to have access to the tools I needed to further my investments and to assist others in their purchases and sales.
