Introduction: We have years of experience in doing over 1,800 leases in just the past 5 years. We've seen pretty much every conceivable scenario you might face as a landlord. For that reason, our lease incorporates a lot of clauses we've developed to protect your interests that are not in the standard lease contracts used by other companies. I am a licensed Realtor and instructor in Virginia. I have designations from the National Association of Realtors. I have earned my designations of Military Relocation Professional/ MRP, Pricing Strategy Advisor/PSA, Military Residential Specialist/MRS, and Residential Property Manager. We feel our job is to protect our landlords and their properties. Consistent training as well as staying up to date in today's changing landscape is essential in this great responsibility. We are the trusted leader in leasing and property management. There are over 270 offices nationwide. We enjoy helping people. We lease and manage people's property to save them time and money. We know moving from one place to another is not an easy task and can at times be stressful. We offer very strong communication and processes which help make the moving process go smoothly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Selina James-Deming and it felt like we could have sat on the front porch rocking chairs and kept the conversation going for hours.
