FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Griffin and Johnson strive to offer competitive pricing for standard tax returns and those who do not require significant tax deductions. However, self-employed individuals, 1099 earners, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), and Partnerships require additional documentation review and filing. We may charge additional fees for schedules that include profit & loss, depreciation, and investments; however, we will provide these services at a very reasonable price compared to other competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Families who work with our organization email us to schedule a brief intake. After the initial call, followed by the customer emailing or faxing documents for review, the tax return will be processed and completed, followed by a signed authorization by all parties. After payment has been satisfied, all tax documents are e-filed to the Internal Revenue Service and State revenue offices. Finally, a copy of all tax documents is forwarded to the client for their records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
