These guys responded quickly to my issue with a broken window and to align a couple of doors that would not latch. They came out and put in a rush order for the replacement (at no extra charge) and came back the next day to do the install. They were really great. Would use again if the need arose. Thanks!

Karim took care of two door panels for me. He showed up on time, after giving me a number and coming on a Saturday, which was the only time I could do it. He ended up coming in about 15% cheaper than the other quotes I got and the work was quick and phenomenal. I am always paranoid about contractors but Secure Glass exceeded my expectations. Karim and I exchanged several emails to determine what the repair would entail. He gave me an estimate for the work, and we arranged a day and time. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a picture of exactly the kind of counterbalance that the window required. Karim was prepared to install one kind, but had to upgrade for this window. The repair then cost a lot more than the original estimate. Karim performed the work neatly and cleanly, and stayed a bit longer to re-install a screen that had been missing for some time. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional.
