I faced the daunting project of replacing the carpet and LVP floors of my newly purchased 1 bedroom condo. I was very fortunate to have found the Floors Forever company through Thumbtak. Daler, the owner, provided me with an immediate estimate based on the floor plan and layout that I had provided to him. This saved me a time from getting off work to meet him in person for an estimate. He provided great advice and product knowledge about installing floors, and armed me with measurements and a shopping list of all the supplies I would need. After buying my beautiful flooring material from Floor & Decor, Daler picked them up and delivered them to my residence at no extra cost, climbing 17 flights of stairs twice to carry the quarter rounds as they could not fit in the building’s elevator. Daler and his crew did a phenomenal job installing my floors. His workmanship was flawless and precise. My condo has many odd angles, but he did a fantastic job installing the engineered hardwood floors perfectly. Daler came prepared with all the specialized equipment necessary to get the job done. He was very adaptable and accommodated my needs and preferences, for example, installing underlayment throughout the entire condo. Daler also disposed of the old carpet and LVP, and was able to work efficiently to complete the project on time in spite of the challenges that came along with doing renovation work in a high rise building. He accommodated my 8-5, M-F schedule and did much of the consultation, delivery and installation to align with the days and times when I was off work. When I walked inside the condo after the floor installation, I felt an instant uplift because of the beautiful floors that Daler had installed. Daler is a highly skilled floor installer, and I recommend him unreservedly for his professionalism, knowledge and great customer service!
