- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly reading to determine what works best for our kids. Right now there is a large focus on learning styles. Each child learns differently and knowing how they learn helps them manage their learning environment more effectively.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We opened Above Grade Level after spending a lot of time in the Adult learning environment. We pored a lot of blood, sweat and tears into mentoring adults and felt that we could have a larger impact on children.
