- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry ************************************************************ We gather basic details: type of service needed, location, urgency. 2. Discovery & Consultation We ask clarifying questions to understand the problem or project goals. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit for inspection and diagnosis. 3. On-Site Assessment (if applicable) A technician visits the property to assess the situation in person. We take notes, measurements, and photos as needed. 4. Transparent Estimate We provide a written estimate with clear pricing and scope of work. We explain the options, answer questions, and offer professional recommendations. 5. Approval & Scheduling Once the customer approves the work, we schedule a convenient time. For larger jobs, we may collect a deposit or signed agreement. 6. Work Execution Our technician(s) arrive on time and complete the work professionally. We keep the customer informed throughout the process. 7. Final Walkthrough & Review We inspect the completed work with the customer to ensure satisfaction. We address any final questions or touch-ups. 8. Payment & Follow-Up Final payment is collected upon completion. We provide receipts, warranty info (if applicable), and ask for feedback or a review.
