I’m an event planner (IG: @dana_events.dmv), and we had a situation where our originally booked bartender canceled just two days before the event due to personal circumstances. We were in a panic 😊 just little bit — until I came across Eric, and honestly, he was a blessing! Moving forward, Eric is 100% on my go-to and favorite vendor list for all future events — from birthday celebrations and family milestones to weddings and more. Not only did he step in on such short notice, but he completely exceeded both my expectations and my client’s. Eric is licensed, insured, and incredibly professional — but more than that, he’s a true mixologist, not just someone opening bottles. His knowledge, skill, and passion for what he does are clear in every detail. We had about 80 guests at this event, and every single person was impressed with his drinks, his attitude, and his seamless service. He went above and beyond by helping my client craft a full bar menu based on their preferences, including a shopping list and guidance on quantities — which made the whole planning process so much easier.
