I do not just like my job I LOVE it. the best part of my job is meeting new people and serving them the most tastiest drinks they have ever had. I love creating new and unusual cocktails and offering them as a signature drink at weddings and birthdays. no matter where I serve I strive for the best customer experience, from bartending in an open field to a laundry room at a surprise party I demand from all of my employees the best service possible. Let me help make this easy for everyone, especially those planning a wedding like I was: Hire this team, and move on to your next task. From start to finish Lou took did everything I needed him to do and more and for much less than his competitors. All I really needed to do was tell him some basic data and he produced a tailor made drink menu to fit our theme and tastes and gave me a shopping menu so i knew exactly what i needed to buy. He was very responsive as i stumbled across questions after our meeting and before the wedding to ensure everything went smoothly. He and his team showed up to the venue and knocked it out of the park! Our cocktail hours went waaaay long for photos and he didn't skip a beat. I was later told the atmosphere was akin to a great "Happy Hour" at one of their favorite Tapas restaurants. I'll recommend him to anyone that needs the service and will look for excuses to hire him again myself.

Drinks were great all night long, the bars that Lou brings with him are beautiful, and the staff is super friendly and willing to whip up any cocktail. Even helped my bride clean wine out of her dress with club soda. Just a great group of people. Definitely recommend!

We hosted our son's wedding this month, and Lou and Dionne (apologies if I have misspelled her name) arrived in plenty of time to set up and begin serving. We live in the Manassas area and I believe they were here about 7 hours. They were professional and very attentive to the needs of our guests, yet easy going and friendly as well. I would have been impressed just by them showing up and doing what they were hired to do (which of course they did), but they really went the extra mile to help us fill in where some of our other "professionals" fell short. For that we are so appreciative, and for the job they did as bartenders, we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you, Lou and Dionne. You rock!

These guys did an awesome job, they kept the drinks coming all night! We picked two signature mixed drinks for our guests to have and they were the hit of the party. Very professional. We'd highly recommend!!

from Louie's Blue Martini was kind, considerate, and
professional!! Also, I must say made outstanding drinks:)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate per hour and a 4 hour minimum. We offer several different packages to ensure that all of your bartending needs are met. We can customize a package that is right for you and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The amount of interaction it totally up to you. I have booked events completely online and face to face. I do recommend at least two meetings thru our process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Bartenders have attended the Virginia Responsible Servers course and we conduct in house training regularly
