We have wanted to upgrade our bathrooms for sometime and met with several contractors, and found that the costs were out of our reach as most were only partial upgrades.
Our longtime handyman provided us with solutions from Chris Conard with Prime Baths Management.
His work is exceptional, keeping to a schedule he gave us two beautiful new showers to meet our needs as we age in place. Although messy work in deconstruction of old fiberglass and wallboard he kept the space clean leaving no debris or dust when finished.

We had Lowes install a tile floor on oir first level (big mistake). After the warranty ran out, the tiles in the kitchen became loose. Everyone we called told us we needed a new floor. We had a family reunion planned at our house in a week. We finally contacted Prime Bath. Chris came over took a look and told me I needed a new floor. I told him our situation and begged him to see if he could just do a patch job until we had time to get the whole thing done. He hesitated and said there would be issues with the final product and he was not comfortable doing something he knew would be substandard. He explained to me in detail, what the issues would be. After begging him to help us out, he agreed. Gave me a great price, and had it done on time and within budget. He even worked late one night to ensure it was as good as it could be. It came out better than I expected. I loved his work so much I asked him for a quote to do the whole floor when we were ready. Will definitely use him again!!! Highly recommend.
