Essential Home Comfort was super responsive when my A/C went out on a very hot summer day. They came out within hours of my request and provided timely diagnosis of the issue and repaired it within hours. I feared a costly overhaul or replacement would be recommended but they were able to fix two parts and keep my costs down!

The service was an emergency call and Essential Home showed up within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an immediate resolution, which prevented us from having to sleep in extreme heat tonight. I can’t say enough about the technician and his trainee and will use them again should there be any additional issues. The work completed consisted of providing 4lbs of freon, replacing an air filter, and adjusting a damper to ensure the AC was evenly distributed in my home. The service call took roughly an hour and I was provided with thorough explanation and education on ways to be proactive in the future. Great work and fantastic service provider!

We highly recommend using Essential Home Comfort for your HVAC repairs! The AC unit in my condo went out unexpectedly on one of the hottest weeks this summer. Emad was prompt and extremely professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We were told by previous companies that the part needed was no longer being made due to the age of our unit. Emad gave us a quote on Sunday and had the part ordered and installed on Monday!!! It’s been a week and our AC is still working like a charm. Highly recommend!!
