He was on time and spent a good amountil of time breaking down my fridge to find the problem which there was no exact cause for the bad smell. Essential Home Comfort was super responsive when my A/C went out on a very hot summer day. They came out within hours of my request and provided timely diagnosis of the issue and repaired it within hours. The service was an emergency call and Essential Home showed up within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an immediate resolution, which prevented us from having to sleep in extreme heat tonight. I can’t say enough about the technician and his trainee and will use them again should there be any additional issues. The work completed consisted of providing 4lbs of freon, replacing an air filter, and adjusting a damper to ensure the AC was evenly distributed in my home. The service call took roughly an hour and I was provided with thorough explanation and education on ways to be proactive in the future. Great work and fantastic service provider!
