Mark & Alec were extremely professional and throughly explained everything they found and what they would do to fix the problems. They showed up on time & even called to give an approximate arrival time which was within 5 minutes both times. They did every thing they said they would & cleaned up after wards. The duct work (added 1 & replaced 1) has really made a huge difference in my homes air conditioning and have no doubt with the heat this winter. The unit runs a shorter amount of time so am sure it will also reduce the electric bill. I can highly recommend Peace of Mind Services for any job they can perform. I am very satisfied.

These guys were incredible, my water heater stopped working on a Monday and it was replaced and installed by Wednesday. Mark and Alec were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and transparent. They made suggestions based on what my needs were and even advised against other things I had asked about because it didn’t suit our home or budget. Can’t say enough great things. This was my first ever hire off of thumbtack and I hope these gents get much much more business. Pay for the quality of their services and the products they use, you won’t be disappointed.

Another reviewer has stated that. Mark and Alec, are a godsend, I completely agree and appreciate their prompt availability. Mark and Alec make a great two man team with professionalism and years of expertise. My sister was lost in the process of hiring a company to replace her water heater that is a thermo heater and water heater. The process was confusing and we got some very opportunistic individuals who were giving us very high quotes. We appreciate Alec and Mark taking time to explain in detail the issues and the most cost effective options. They took the time to explained the whole process and also were extremely patient with our doubts and many questions. They provided us with a very comprehensive price for the whole unit to be replaced. They were also efficient and on schedule keeping us updated with their arrival time.
