- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give our customers a proper pricing or estimate, we need to see the area(s) that is/are asked to be cleaned. Any additional services can increase the overall price. Feel free to ask anything!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the estimate is discussed and given as we are taking a tour of what is asked to be cleaned. If something is desired to be cleaned in a certain way, feel free to tell us. Any last minute touch ups can be done if the customer desires so.
