The technician was great!!!! He did a diagnosis on my laptop and it turned out to be a hardware issue...we got new hardware and he installed it and the drives as well as installed an upgraded OS. I mean it took him about 4-5 hours, but he stayed poised, personable and was extremely patient and helpful.
He charged me the same amount he initially quoted me when I thought it was simply a software problem even after he found out that it was a hardware issue. I would DEFINITELY recommend him. AWESOME AWESOME TECHNICIAN!!!! Kudos to his customer service!!!!
