FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is sometimes pretty difficult things in such a multi faceted industry that we provide services for. We do have set rates for certain items such as flooring and painting. Sometimes the best way to to see the job and all that it entails. often existing conditions may require excessive amounts of work that is difficult to cover in a simple flat rate. For example: A customer needs a simple ceiling fan replacement is often a very simple straight forward task. A flat rate works well here. But another customer has and entire first floor worth of tile/hardwood flooring they want installed. Gets a little tricky with furniture to move, atypical floor plans, or stairs. These are better looked at by our estimator to provide an all inclusive detailed bid.
