- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like to think that I am fair and treat others money as if it were my own, I can also be more expensive than other competitors but I know that I will care and go above and beyond for any client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that I ask and answer as many questions pertaining to the project, as well as doing a thorough follow up with the client after the project has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my contractors license in electrical as well as 18 years of experience in the field. Also, before going into business for myself I was a supervisor for another electrical company.
