- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing. Our goal is to give our customers the highest quality of work at a very reasonable price. We are a small company that does not have a lot of overhead, so we are able to give the best fair prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Baylor Electric we want our customers to have a great, effortless experience. Once we receive notification from our customers, someone from BE will reach out immediately to start building that relationship with our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of Electrical experience in residential, commercial, industrial and automation. VA State Licensed Master electrician. 4 years of Electrical Trade School
