Several electrical devices in my home stopped working. None of my circuit breakers were tripped. Contacted Baylor through Thumbtack at about 1 o'clock. Five minutes later I got a call. 6:15 the technician arrived. Spent almost two hours finding a loose wire in my attic and fixing it. I was amazed he found it. Great service. Great technician. Great price. Will always use them from now on.

We recently moved and with the impending storm all of neighbors were asking if we had a generator ready. While we could find a generator our house was not set up for one. Baylor Electric promptly responded to my request for service, got me on the schedule before the storm, and made sure we were all set up including showing how to properly switch over to the generator. We will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

I called Baylor Electric fora generator install. They gave me a good price quote on what i wanted and did not try to over sell me with a lot of unnecessary goods and services. The guys who showed up (Antonne and Quentin) were amazing. They were in time and provided constant communication. They worked hard even in some pretty miserable weatherconditions and even went the extra mile of helping me set up my generator and explaining it's functions. I appreciate their time and professionalism.
