- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It rely comes down to the customers needs. I work such a broad section of photo and video it really depends on what the customer wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the customer to figure out what will work best to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a trained Combat Cameraman from the Marines Corps, and attended school S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
