I contacted John from Potomac Pest and Termite Control and he was immediately responsive. I sent him some photos and he told me he saw and then came out to the house. He arrived right when he said he would. Not only that, he did a full inspection (free inspections, by the way) of the house and did some minor treatments all as part of his inspection. He was also kind enough to point out another issue which has nothing to do with pest control, but while he was in the crawl space he wanted me to know. To find someone that is so responsive, kind, knowledgeable and skilled, yet also honest and not driven to overcharge is a real gift. John and Potomac Pest has earned a customer for life. If you need anyone, John is your guy.

This is a great company to work with! John was on point with everything. We just bought a year old model home and we wanted to be more proactive about termite prevention. John came and did a free inspection and had the most reasonable price and the longest term prevention with a 10 year guarantee. If you need someone to help you with this type of thing this is your company. Save yourself the headache of getting quotes over the phone and inspections from other companies who want to do expensive, worthless “pod” treatment around your house. John is very easy to work with and arrived on time and was very transparent about everything.
