Ernest was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in the spring systems and provided the pro's and con's of having either a single or dual spring system. His prices beat out the competition and he provided a five year warranty on his work. He was early for the appointed time and he was meticulous and clean with his work. If I have another issue with mr garage, I will call Ernest.

Quote was unclear, it said 125.00 to replace the spring. When tech got here he said 125 was just to evaluate what was wrong. Left me feeling like a little bait and switch was going on.
Details: Repair • Drum or torsion spring • Jammed or inoperable • Double car • Sectional roll-up • Home
Ernest's Decks & Doors L.L.C.'s reply
When it is unclear exactly what the problem is I cannot give an exact amount for the job. The $125 is if no parts are required which I clearly state. I had to use 2 new springs and bearings to fix the door that is why it was more. I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
