I contacted Saboor for appliance repair services. Communication started well and we were ready to hire him for an appliance repair. When I asked questions about the parts and repair process, he became upset and decided not to continue due to the questions. Since we were paying a diagnostic fee, I expected transparency and at least a modicum of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
