This is absolutely the worse experience I have had with hiring a professional. I hired him to replace the floor in my bathroom and laundry room. I supplied the material. They started the bathroom on July 2nd and returned to finish on the 3rd. They were nearly complete with the bathroom but needed to return after the 4th of July holiday to finish. I felt comfortable enough to pay them for the bathroom in full at that point. For what ever reason they had taken my sink cabinet doors and hardware home and forgot to bring it back with them on the 3rd. I had also given them the transition piece to install and they had taken that home with them as well. When I hadn't heard from them on the 5th of July, I started reaching out to them. I tried calling, texting and messaging through Thumbtack. Finally on the 8th he responded and apologized saying that he broke his phone. We then scheduled for him to be out the following week to complete the job. I have not heard back since. I have been calling, texting and communicating through Thumbtack. I have no desire to have them complete the work, I just want my cabinet doors and the hardware back. It was a very expensive cabinet and I can no longer get for Lowes or the manufacture. I am not sure what recourse options I have at this point. I have been trying to search for him via the internet and the only thing I get is the Thumbtack information. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear it. Be careful of this one!

They never reply back. They take days to reply back then make excuses on why they replied back late. It’s unprofessional and clearly they don’t want paying customers because this is the first time anyone I contacted take days or doesn’t reply back at all. I will not be hiring him at all due to his unprofessional self and also him not getting the job done when we have been nothing but respectful to him.
