We recently had new floorsinstalled through Floor Coverings International, and I can honestly say the experience was fantastic from start to finish, largely because of Hamid.From our very first meeting, he took his time walking me through the entire process, including financing, and never made me feel rushed while choosing the right flooring. After he left, I talked it over with my husband, and Hamid continued to be incredibly helpful by texting me additional photos and answering questions so we could feel confident in our decision.Once we finalized everything, the scheduling process was smooth and easy. The installation team did an excellent job, and the floors look amazing. They were also some of the most polite and respectful workers weve ever had in our home.What really stood out was Hamids responsiveness and follow-through. Anytime I had a question, he replied quickly and even coordinated directly with the installers to make sure everything was addressed. He also came back the same day after installation to check on the floors and answer any remaining questions, which we really appreciated.Its also a huge bonus that the floors come with a warranty. It gave us extra peace of mind.Overall, this was a great experience, and Hamid truly went above and beyond. Hes the reason well be recommending Floor Coverings International to others without hesitation.

We do have 36 month 0% interest financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
