- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is actually really simple. I have a set rate for most of my services. and all estimates are free. I dont give blind estimates over the phone as i never know what i am getting into. I like to do a walk around preferably with a home owner so as we both know what to expect of the services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to go out and do a walk around with the customer there are times I may not be able to do the job. Then again there are times when I can do the job or I might be able to suggest other services that they could use later on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do stay up on all of that but to be honest there isnt much that changes. Every once and a while my team and i look for newer safer methods to make our work go easier though.
