We spent $600+ dollars for out gutters to be cleaned, repaired, and our house washed. The roof of the house was not cleaned whatsoever on one entire side. Tree leaves are everywhere still. Gutter nails are still sticking out and one is hanging in the back still causing a drip in front of our back door. Josh has had ample time to get back to our house and fix this as he promised, but continues to make excuses and hasn't shown up and it has been months now. It's unfortunate that he is not being more professional in this situation especially since this wasn't our first time using him to clean our gutters.Jun 28, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It is actually really simple. I have a set rate for most of my services. and all estimates are free. I dont give blind estimates over the phone as i never know what i am getting into. I like to do a walk around preferably with a home owner so as we both know what to expect of the services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to go out and do a walk around with the customer there are times I may not be able to do the job. Then again there are times when I can do the job or I might be able to suggest other services that they could use later on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I do stay up on all of that but to be honest there isnt much that changes. Every once and a while my team and i look for newer safer methods to make our work go easier though.
