I called for my neighbor who has been in a wheelchair for the past 2 years and is unable to care fore her lawn. My daughter and I have been keeping up with what we can but it is becoming to much for us. I contacted Mike and he came the next day and had such a great personality....just a really blessed soul. Thank you Mike for helping a person in desperate need. You can't go wrong with this company. If yhe need arrises I will be uding him in the future for my own lawn care needs.

Couldn’t be happier. I was looking for someone to mow the lawn of our former home which we now live 500 miles away from and are trying to sell. I turned to Thumbtack again because I was pleased with my one previous experience with them. Once again, I only had one professional respond to my request for a job in my zip code - but as before, it was QUITE prompt (within less than an hour). Mike told me that his fee started at $35, that his prices were negotiable, that he would drive by my house today and message me back with a quote, and that he could do the job today if I liked; I told him I’d look forward to hearing back from him, and awaited his quote for me. This was rather late in the day (almost 4 PM). It’s not a huge lawn, but the property is rather steep AND involves a grassy ditch near the street, AND it hadn’t been done in three weeks, so I wouldn’t have been surprised if he’d asked for more than his base price. A few hours later (as it is summertime, there was still daylight), I got a short message from Mike asking if $35 is okay - complete with before-and-after photos; he’d already DONE it! (And sent proof!) He wrote that he saw that it really needed to be done so he went ahead and did it - and that next time he’ll do the hedges to make it look a little more presentable. I am absolutely blown away by this level of customer service (especially in this day and age): the promptness in responding to me AND in getting the job done (on faith!) - and in time for any weekend showings we might hopefully have; the quite reasonable fee (he was $20 cheaper than the guy I had do it last time, whom I did not find via Thumbtack, but from Angie’s List); AND sending me the photos to boot, to show me his work - and he didn’t just mow the grass, but also took care of what was growing up between the cracks in the driveway. It is rather stressful trying to look after a property from this far away - nevermind while trying to sell it at the same time, and Mike has taken a BIG weight off my shoulders. VERY happy customer; I will be using him again, and highly recommend him.
