Jess took the time to have a phone call with me to get to know more about me, my event, find out what mattered most to me, etc. Jess even went above and beyond and purchased a new green dress since it is my favorite color and one of the colors for my 50th birthday celebration! She sounded so excited when she got the dress too and really made me feel she was genuinely excited for my event. Her manner, care and attention to detail all showed that this was truly the case. I did not feel like just another client to Jess and I’m so glad she was available and was the photographer for my event.
