- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in upfront pricing without hidden fees. Most mold inspectors lure you in with low inspection costs; however, this usually does not include the all-important lab testing and results! Because I am NOT a remediation company, I am divorced from the results! I do not have a vested interest in recommending unnecessary repairs. I simply provide scientific results for you to make decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to talk with the customer to ensure my services meet their needs. I then conduct the mold inspection using various pieces of mold detection equipment. I am partnered with a nationally accredited laboratory that will provide inspection results with in 2 business days. Armed with this data, the client can decide the appropriate course of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Residential Mold Inspector - accredited by the Professional Mold Inspection Institute. Certification #: CRMI0000049487 I am also a member of NAMRI (National Mold Remediators and Inspectors)
