Integrity mold inspectors are amazing! Fast response, professional, very knowledgeable, licensed, great price and doesn't try to overcharge you for every sample as others ( everyone else wanted $75+ for each sample beyond 2). I've had a hard time breathing in my bedroom for a couple of months, which I attributed to seasonal allergies. However, it started to get progressively worse, with new symptoms of bad headaches, cough, it felt as I was suffocating. I realized it only happened it my bedroom. Then, cracks appeared out of nowhere in my bedroom ceiling, which ended up being a roof leak. That's when I started to have a strong suspicion about mold exposure. Integrity mold inspector took 4 air and swab samples throughout my house. My bedroom ended up having a very high count of black mold spores in the air, plus other kinds of spores/particles. I was provided with a full report from the lab and it's interpretation. Knowing that, mold remediation was performed in my bedroom. And the "small crack" in the ceiling ended up having significant amount of mold, where almost a quarter of my ceiling had to be removed. Without the mold inspection I wouldn't have known the extent of the issue. And the first contractor wanted to just fix the ceiling stating "it wasn't a big deal". Glad I took my health seriously, didn't trust the contractor and got integrity mold inspectors involved!

I observed some unidentified markings/stains on my kitchen wall. Since I was unable to determine the exact cause of these markings, I decided to take further action to ensure my family’s safety. Given the uncertainty surrounding the origin of the markings, I reached out to Integrity Mold Inspectors, seeking professional assistance to assess whether the markings were indicative of mold growth. Mr. Doyle from Integrity Mold Inspectors responded promptly to my inquiry. He was very understanding of my concerns and scheduled an inspection without delay. After conducting a thorough assessment, Mr. Doyle confirmed that the markings on the kitchen wall were indeed caused by mold, He advised that further analysis of the air samples taken would be required to determine the type of mold growth. The samples taken would be sent to a laboratory for analysis, and a report would be prepared detailing the specific type of mold. Mr. Doyle completed all necessary procedures at this point but observed that the area with mold was unusually damp and took steps to identify the source. With consent, he conducted an additional inspection and identified the location of the leak that caused the mold growth. This action located the exact source of the issue, which could prevent further complications. Because of the additional steps that he took, he doubtlessly saved me a significant amount of time and money. He also provided a detailed report on the mold type, allowing for appropriate remediation steps. I would highly recommend Integrity Mold Inspectors based on these actions.
