- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on your pet’s needs, the type of care requested, and the number of pets in the home. Add-ons like additional pets, extended time, or travel outside my service area may adjust the total. I’ll always go over everything with you ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning more about your pet’s needs and the type of care you’re looking for. From there, we schedule a meet and greet to make sure everyone is comfortable. Once everything looks good, I’ll confirm the booking, go over details, and stay in touch leading up to the visit. During care, you’ll receive updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and have completed the Fear Free for Shelters program, with additional Fear Free training in progress. I also have hands-on experience caring for my own rescue dogs, including an anxious, leash-reactive dog, which has given me a strong understanding of behavior, patience, and safe handling.
