- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three levels of pricing. I try to keep it simple. My price packages include your session time and the professional edits that I will do to your favorite photos. You pick the prints and canvases that you want and need. I do include credits for products ordered through my website for my 2nd and 3rd level packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in talking on the phone or meeting in person with my customers to get to know what they need and how I can make them happy! Each job is different and I want to be sure to fill their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University of PA, an Associates Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and 25 years of experience in the publishing and photography industry
