- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just finished a 1,000 sq foot laminate wood floor install using Home Depots "Allure TrafficMaster" wood/laminate in almond hickory color. Its a great product that is less expensive to install than old fashioned hardwood flooring that can really improve the asthetics, feel and value of a home. It was nice to see a hodge podge of carpet, linoleum and older hardwood torn out and replaced with one consistent look all throughout that main floor of that home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think small local businesses are the best. Definitely look for people who are friendly yet professional but who you know will take on your project with as much care as they would use while doing a project for their own home.
