I received three different quotes, but Columbia Contracting offered the best payment options and discounts. The permit process was quick, although HOA approval took a little longer.Once Columbia Contracting got started, they completed my new deck in six days!Overall, my experience was great from start to finish. Im very happy with the results and would highly recommend Columbia Contracting to anyone looking to get a new deck or other home improvement project done.

Full roof replacement- Im currently in the process of dealing with Erwin I will say another local reputable roofing company quoted us a bit less however Erwins complete professionalism and immediate response is what won us over. They answered the phone at the competition they were rude not knowledgeable and slow to respond. I called Erwin on the weekend middle of the day he answer and knowledgeably explained the tier system and exactly what they had planned to do. I will leave a review once the work is done but I wanted to at least say that hands down the way he carried himself and the respect he showed is the reason we are spending money here.

We will schedule an appointment with the new customer to discuss what project they would like to get done. Based on the project, proposal will be provide at set appointment or proposal will be provide within 1-3 days after appointment.
