- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing for all of the work we do. We provide formal proposals that include pricing and detail the work to be done. We do not provide fake discounts or coupons. Our pricing is competitive for a licensed professional contractor using quality materials and experienced professional labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with homeowners who have suffered a property loss due to a weather-related event. We identify the issues that need to be corrected and guide you through the process with your insurance company to get your home repaired efficiently and beautifully. We are your advocate to ensure you receive all the benefits you deserve from your insurance company. We start with a roof inspection to identify and document any weather-related damage. Then, we work with you to file a claim with your insurance company. Once the claim has been approved, we guide you through the design and product selection process so that you can make educated decisions about the products you choose and get your home looking exactly like you want it to. We are a full-service general contractor who can handle all of the trades involved in your project, from roofing and siding to gutters and interior work; choosing to work with Lion Hopper is a game-changer for homeowners undertaking an exterior remodeling project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lion Hopper Exteriors is owned by Andrew Sears and Fabian Taylor. We are brothers-in-law with over 40 years of construction and industry experience.
