I worked with Bradley at The Writers Club, an online writing organization. He was CEO and I served as VP sales/marketing. He was an outstanding leader, a great writer and an extremely savvy IT professional. Under his leadership, we were very early adopters of a LOT of new technology that's used today. Amazon.com uses print on demand technology (POD) to publish books one at a time. But we used it first in the late 1990s. Universities and corporations use distance learning today to extend their reach and make it easier for more and more students to learn from anywhere in the world. These are only two examples of his visionary talents ... almost like a lesser know 'Steve Jobs' in technology. He's just brilliant!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to countless newsletters and several tech mags, I read white papers constantly, and I have a huge network of other techies that I learn from DAILY.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually kind of fell into it, in the mid-80s. My first 'online' group was the Bay Area Mac Users Group, when I worked for a mac reseller in N. CA. Soon after that I was on Compuserve and AOL, and my gig the Writers Club was an original partner of both. I've 'grown up' in the industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Content, community, social media, SEO/SEM, Ecommerce. As I am not a developer myself, or a coder, I concentrate on the front-end (design, wireframes, navigation, flow, etc. for a website), and the back-end (upkeep, content management, social, search registrations, keywords, tags, etc).
