- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Blissful Celebrations, we do things differently. You won't find vague packages and hidden pricing. Instead, we pride ourselves being clear, honest, and up-front with our customers. From our initial contact with our clients, we share our pricing structure for every service we offer, allowing our clients to pick and choose the exact services they need, without paying for those that they don't. Our services are clearly described in detail, eliminating uncertainty about what's included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do with new clients is spend some time getting to know them through our no-commitment consultation session. We tell them about our company history, what we do to set ourselves out from the competition, and how serious we take customer service. We like to get to know our clients beyond the services they need. Our next step is to discuss what the client envisions their event to be and we try to match services to their needs. We discuss what each service includes and whether or not we anticipate the client need those services. With our knowledge of the industry, we can guide clients to the event of their dreams. Once our services are engaged, we get to work immediately. We work to ensure that event timelines and budgets are closely monitored and any deviations are immediately relayed to the client. As the needs and desires of the client change (which they naturally do on most events), we work with vendors to ensure that the final product is exactly what the customer ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and knowledge of the wedding and event scene is continually evolving. We attend several wedding/event trade shows and seminars every year where we are able to learn the latest trends and partner with new and upcoming vendors. We also take training courses every year focusing on wedding customs, traditions, and etiquette, as well as behind-the-scenes event management courses that help our staff ensure that you can enjoy your event, worry-free!
