FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My staff and I have removed the guess work and headaches of searching for reputable services/workers by having already weeded out the unreliable. We subcontract our service to "A" listed contracting companies and negotiate on your behalf for the most competitive rates and benefits. This type of relationship aligns our interest with yours, and is a win-win business model for all parties involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify the customer's needs and partner them with the best suited workers and services to meet those needs. Each customer is assigned to an individual team member so they are familiar with that customer's specific requirements. Our customers have accessibility and confidence that the job will be done right.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a successful financial advisor for a large brokerage house, but wasn't passionate about working for someone else. Leaving this job and starting my own company was one of the best things I ever did. In 2015 I sold my first company to my business partner to dedicate all my efforts in starting this business. I was tired of hearing friends and family complain of their negative experiences with contractors. I thought of a streamlined and simple way to offer people a great product. It brings me great satisfaction seeing our clients regain freedom and time in their lives and have a completed project they can be proud of.
