- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the premier experts in Coastal Virginia, for special occasions, events & reception bar service. I have some questions that I first must ask the client. What determines how much I charge depends largely on : 1. how many people will be at the event 2. how many people will be drinking 3. what is being served 4. where is the location 5. the hours of the event 6. will you need set up/or break down 7. will you need a bar, ice, coolers, glassware, bar back tables, tablecloths, garnishes, mixers, sodas,water, or cooling tubs, champagne fountains or champagne cart.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a phone consult and then meet in person to sign a contract, and to go over and consult the factors involving in the bar section of the proposed event. Everything from what to serve, how much to buy (I can provide this service also) to being able to create a signature drink just for the occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the upscale restaurant and catering business for many years. I have learned a lot from my fellow bartenders, and having been behind a busy bar for many years, understand how to help people feel comfortable and most importantly have fun.
