FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing simple and transparent. I start with a flat diagnostic rate, and in most cases I can resolve the issue during that same visit. If additional work is needed, I’ll explain everything upfront before moving forward. There are no surprises or hidden fees. I also offer flat-rate pricing for many common services and occasional discounts for first-time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make things as easy as possible for you. First, I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the issue and determine whether it can be resolved remotely or if an in-home visit is better. Next, I perform a diagnostic to identify the root cause and explain what’s going on in plain language—no tech jargon. Once we agree on the approach, I complete the fix as efficiently as possible and make sure everything is working properly before wrapping up. Before finishing, I’ll also share a few tips to help prevent the issue from happening again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe strongly in continuous learning and maintaining the highest professional standards. My background includes education and certifications across information systems, cybersecurity, project management, and knowledge management.
