Sophia was so great! We were visiting Savannah and wanted to take engagement photos but it rained the entire weekend (through our original scheduled photoshoot) but she was super flexible and communicative and worked with us to take our photos in the very early morning before we caught our flight home. She had great suggestions on locations and our photos turned out so nicely. So glad we booked her!

Wow I cannot get enough of the photos Sophia has taken! We booked her far in advance for our wedding but we did our engagement shoot in Savannah, GA where she lives. We were blown away by the professionalism of her work and how well she planned out the shoot. Her prices are so reasonable and the work she does is amazing. We can’t wait to have her for our special day. She also edited our photos super quickly and put them on her website!!! We love working with her and she is such an amazing photographer for any couple!

I booked Sophia for my engagement photos this summer. I am so impressed and pleased with her work. Sophia and I had been talking for a few weeks about where and what I wanted for my photos and she did everything and more! She was very patient with my fiance and I as we were rushing to change in the car for our 2nd part of the photoshoot. We really appreciate her for that. She was super friendly and easy going which made us feel very comfortable while we were taking pictures. Which is a very important trait to have as a photographer! If anyone needs a photographer, I highly recommend Sophia. She exceeded our expectations and her work and professionalism were fantastic! Sophia was excellent! Always very quick to reply, checked in a few times before the shoot to be sure we were prepared and produced great images (all our friends and family were very complimentary!). She travelled quite far to our location but was exactly on time and made us feel really comfortable during the shoot (we definitely are not used to being photographed so we really needed her guidance and she delivered). I'd recommend her to anyone.

We are so happy with the pictures that we just received from Sophie! There was open communication from the moment Thumbtack chose her as a prospective hire for us. We are celebrating our 10 year Anniversary at HHI, Sophie recommended a beautiful location that was easy for us to find as we were traveling from Chicago. The same day as our photo shoot we had a gallery of photos to select our favorites from which is unheard of these days...any days!!! Attended the Savannah College of Art and Design majoring in Photography
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been doing photography since I was a child, my grandmother is a professional wildlife and architecture photographer so she really encouraged it when I was growing up. I started getting people wanting to have their photos done by me while I was in high school. And now I’m at the Savannah College of Art and Design majoring in photography with one more year to go!
