- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We measure your lawn online and provide you with a free quote in a matter of minutes. For additional services like tree and shrub trimming, leaf removal, or mulch installation, we will need to visit the property and take a look then email you a free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide new lawn mowing clients with a free 2-minute quote online or over the phone. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule their service normally within 1 business day. Clients AutoPay for service with a credit card on file. If needed, clients can cancel at any time because there are no contracts with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of combined experience and have serviced several hundred unique residential properties. We also utilize the most advanced software in managing our customer database. Our software uses the same high-level security found in national banking institutions when dealing with client credit card information.
