FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50 flat up to an acre and a half. Eventhough it may seem unfair, from my experience a small yard with high grass takes the same amount of time as a large yard with tall grass. The difference is the equipment. Not everyone can afford high pricing and not every yard is the same...flat rate is the only equilibrium.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call to schedule an appointment, meet and greet the customer and discuss the details of the yard and offer future ideas for improvements through mulching services or seeding.and composting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I plan on taking a few classes or workshops to help expand my knowledge in the field.
