Live, Laugh and Love Life Coaching is not a therapy providing business; different from therapy or counseling, Live, Laugh and Love Life Coaching addresses specific personal projects, business successes, goal-setting, career change and choosing a course of action to make the client’s life be what they want it to be. It is not client-centered or therapy based; it is a partnership and distinct service that helps clients work on their goals for the future and create a new life path. My life as former NCAA Division I collegiate athlete, a non-traditional student, an intercollegiate middle school and high school coach, a 15-year adjunct psychology member, a military veteran and military spouse, a relay for life speaker, a mother of three and 2-time cancer survivor has provided me plenty of opportunities to life coach and share experiences with other people. As such, my purpose is NOT to counsel or provide therapy but rather to inspire, share and motivate people using life coaching and conflict resolution. I am not perfect nor has my life always been. I have made mistakes, been divorced (and remarried), been through infertility and supported my military spouse. These among other experiences have made me who I am today. As a life coach, I am proud to be me and would be thrilled to help you figure out how to be proud to be you too!! Some Some typical coaching topics include Motivating Confidence, Career Change, Balance - Juggling Life, Living Your Purpose, Stress Management, Managing Change, Parenting Support, Creativity & Art, Exercise & Optimal Health and Living the Military Life. I have an M.S. in Psychology and Counseling and hold an active License in Addictions Counseling with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. I have also completed the licensing requirements for candidacy as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

New Beginnings Family Mediation handles custody, visitation, support, property distribution, reconciliation, and family-related matters. It has experienced, sensitive, client satisfaction focused, non-judgmental mediators who respect their clients while helping to set appropriate boundaries for meaningful interaction. They strive to "hear the clients' hearts" and patiently help them work through their issues when feasible. Typically, sessions are co-mediated with two mediators: an experienced Virginia Supreme Court certified general and family (juvenile and domestic relations court and circuit court-family) mediator who is also a practicing attorney (not acting in that capacity when mediating) and another who was similarly certified, is an inactive attorney, and began mediating in the 1980s focusing on family and church conflicts. Each mediator also has 15+ years of experience as a law faculty who teaches/has taught and manages/managed law school clinical programs. The service follows the Virginia Standards of Ethics and Professional Responsibility for Certified Mediators, and if the parties so desire, incorporates appropriate biblical principles in the mediation process and drafts agreements for the parties.

My background is in both mediation and professional counseling, which allows me to identify issues, problems or concerns that may require additional interventions beyond family mediation.
