- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Along with estimating jobs, I charge a $50.00 service call fee and 35.00 per hour after that, that price is prorated. I also offer a 10 percent military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a prospective customer contacts me, I make an appointment with them to look at the job, discuss the job with them and give them an estimate. I do not give estimates sight unseen
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had plenty of experience in the military, along with that, I learned from master Carpenters, and painters. along with that, I taken courses in plumbing and electrical
