- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Window cleaning is charged per window. Different style windows have different pricing. Pressure washing is charged by the hr. Gutter cleaning is a standard charge for up to two hrs. With a per hr. rate after two.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired to do a job, I work with the customer to find the best available time for them to do the work. Once I am on the job I will explain how I will execute the work that needs to be performed and ask if they have any questions or concerns before I begin.
