Introduction: I been doing catering for three years and longer. I'm good around guests and know how to get the job done. I've work two weddings already on my own and have been doing most of my work with a private catering company here in Harrisonburg, VA. I ran my own crew for breakfast at the Marriott hotel; a little over a year, I decided to get in the field and try to do it on my own.
