- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always work as efficiently as we can to provide the most cost effective solution. I will discuss pricing and approximate cost with the customer well in advance of performing work on the project. We do charge a small trip charge for customers outside of the Harrisonburg area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I gather as many details about the project that I can before visiting the customer for the first time to eliminate a lot of surprises or hang ups. It is better if the customer provides a picture of the project area which will allow for me to develop a plan of attack while driving to the customer's house.
