I highly recommend this company! Juan did a phenomenal job and is a very hard worker! He removed my tub shower and put in a tiled walk-in shower which turned out beautifully. He also put wood shiplap on my vaulted living room ceiling and painted the entire interior of my house! All of his work is absolutely beautiful!

We needed to change our bathtub into a walk in shower and backsplash in the kitchen. We decided to hire Residential Renovation and they did not disappoint. We are very pleased with the finished shower and the backsplash. I definitely highly recommend Residential Renovation and will be using them again for other projects. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I already know the client, and it's a second job, I always look for a way to offer a discount. Likewise, when I'm recommended and get more work thanks to my client, I offer a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always sign a contract once we've reached an agreement. Most of the time, I receive half the amount the day we sign a contract and the other half at the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day I'm acquiring new knowledge. I've been working in construction since I was very young. There's no better school than a construction foreman who has been trained every day by architects and engineers. I still have some welding courses and other things that I polished through study, but most of my knowledge comes from my job.
