I needed a serious bee problem in one of my walls located and removed. She came prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies. She used both a horoscope and infrared equipment to find and remove them safely. Thank you Arielle
Arielle is amazing; she responded almost immediately and scheduled an appointment that worked with our schedule. We ran into a yellow jacket nest in our kitchen wall during renovation and needed some help right away. Arielle not only came and dealt with the nest, she did a walkthrough of the house and let us know of any other potential problems, showed us how to avoid future issues, explained the chemicals she was using and how they work, and gave us amazing insight into how to identify future pest problems. She's also really kind and fun, overall a pleasure to hire and will definitely be the first person I call for help in the future!

RR was very responsive and willing to come out and do the work. She helped walk the perimeter of my property searching for hornet nests and other pests. She found that we had carpenter ants and sprayed the perimeter of the residence with pest treatment. She was very knowledgeable and has a genuine love of what she does. Definitely recommended!

This company is top notch, they came out on a holiday, was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to take care of the nest in less than an hour. I highly recommend them to anyone with a critter problem.
Arielle was great to work with. Got me into her schedule to take care of a yellow jacket issue and while she was out treating the ones I called about she found 3 more and treated those as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The state of Virginia requires all applicators to maintain records of application for two years minimum. I will need your full name and ***************, as well as the **************** for treatment, *****************, and then i record the pesticide(s) used based on the target pest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been identifying pests for over 10 years originally as a housekeeper for Massanutten, th3n a Caregiver for Church of the Nazarene/Kids Harbor Preschool and Afterschool, a secretary for a pest control company then cross training as a registered technician. From there i took the leap and got my commercial certificate and business license from the Department of Agriculture and here we are! Gods provision showing up to help me be a more present mom and to provide better for my son. Thank you for the privilege of serving you!
